 How We Grow

We are seeking to raise a maximum of $1,070,000 in this offering through Regulation CrowdFunding.  If we manage to raise our overallotment amount of $1,070,000, we believe the amount will last us 12 months and we plan to use the net proceeds of of approximately $955,700 over the course of that time as follows:

Our goal is to deploy a City Streaming TV network of channels for all 19,000+ incorporated cities in the United States. Then expand the Network to Canada and selective International Countries. This will require us to seek multiple fundraises over the next 36 months. The cost will include payment for developing streaming television apps, server hosting/support, streaming bandwidth, channel management, marketing campaigns, legal & regulatory, licenses, and personal workforce.

We believe, this first fund raise will allow us, to complete the full deployment and launch of the United States City Streaming TV network as well as build a team that will be prepared for the furture growth over the next years to come.
