How much am I allowed to invest?

Individual investors who are not accredited are limited in the amounts they are allowed to invest in all Regulation Crowdfunding (Reg CF) offerings over the course of a 12-month period:
  • If either of an investor’s (a) annual income or (b) net worth is less than $124,000, then the investor’s investment limit is the greater of:
    • $2,500 or
    • 5 percent of the greater of the investor’s annual income or net worth.
  • If both annual income and net worth are equal to or greater than $124,000, then the investor’s limit is 10 percent of the greater of their annual income or net worth.
  • During the 12-month period, the aggregate amount of securities sold to an investor who is not accredited through all Reg CF offerings may not exceed $124,000, regardless of the investor’s annual income or net worth.
Please note that the limits listed above are calculated based on investments made in ALL Reg CF offerings on ALL portals. Please be sure to disclose any additional investments made on other portals in your investing limits section so we can properly calculate your investing limits, and please keep these disclosures updated. It is your responsibility as an investor to maintain the accuracy of these figures. Spouses are allowed to calculate their net worth and annual income jointly.
