How do I close out a successful Regulation CrowdFunding campaign?

When the funding goal is reached, you – with the help of a Stock Transfer Agent (TA) – will prepare the share certificates and any other documents related to the transfer of securities sold via your offering. After the TA confirms the ownership has been duly assigned to the new investors, the escrow agent – at truCrowd’s instruction – will disburse the funds to you (the entrepreneur/issuer), less escrow fees and truCrowd fees.
