What are the fees for investing and listing offerings?

None for investors! Creating an account, access to the offerings, investing, guidance and support throughout the process, and post-campaign communication are all free services.
We only charge the companies up to 12% success fee, with a non-refundable listing fee of $3,500 payable up-front. Additionally, setting up the escrow account requires a $500 setup fee, and anybody that owns more than 20% in the startup and the executive team has to do a “bad actor” check.
Here is how the SEC defines it. There is a cost for each “control person.” The pricing of the check is as follows: $45 for US based persons and entities, $100 for International persons, and $160 for International entities.
