What will happen when the funding goal is reached in a Regulation crowdfunding offering?

When the funding goal is reached, the stock transfer agent will prepare the share certificates and any other documents related to the transfer of securities. We partnered with Colonial Stock Transfer to provide an affordable option for the entrepreneur. When the documents are ready, shares will be transferred to the investors.

At this point, after the stock transfer agent will confirm the securities have been properly transferred to the new shareholders, truCrowd will instruct the escrow agent to release the funds into the entrepreneur’s checking account.
