What happens with the money I pledge?

When you pledge, your money will go into an escrow account. After the funding goal is reached, the securities will be transferred to the new investors. The money will then be moved from the escrow account into the entrepreneur's account. If the offering was canceled, the money will be refunded. The same thing will happen if you decide to cancel your investment.
