What is TruCrowd?

TruCrowd is one of the first Regulation Crowdfunding Portals (Title III of JOBS ACT). We connect startups and small businesses selling securities in exchange for capital with the US or foreign non-accredited and accredited investors. With experience in entrepreneurship, we understand startups needs and limitations and one of our most important objectives is to make capital raising affordable. Since it takes two to tango, we offer free education, support, and services to all investors.
Categories
Investing in startups and early-stage businesses involves risks including illiquidity, lack of dividends, loss of investment and dilution.
